Featured Links

Featured listings on the front page of the search engine.Now we don't want to walk you through HOW to make a link a featured link. It should be self-explainatory select the link and click MAKE FEATURED.  Two things are going to happen once you do that. First off the keyword(or specific link) you selected is now going to take you out of the Bidding process and place you in a special box on that page for that listing.  You still have to pay for each cllck you receive but you only compete against other Featured listings for placement.  This costs $5 per month per link you select.  Now the other thing that may happen is a Front Page listing on our Search engine.  Eventually we will place these on our auction site and website as well but for now they are just going to be here.  Now the TOP 3 featured listings. Search results featured box.

Keyword doesn't matter your bid does. Will be listed in the Top listings section.  This is great if you got lucky and picked-up a big group of Hard to find items.  If its new on the market this year this is probably something you want to look into.  It will be more expense but the items you should be promoting using this method should be "Gimmee Gimmee HOT HOT items"  This will get you great exposure and at the same time move those items quickly.

Now to prevent cheating we do not put the featured items on Affiliate websites.  Also since we send out an XML feed of our results its impossible to tell someone elses search engine how to display the Featured box and they may not want it on their site.  Our thinking on the affiliate searches is since you can customize your results you don't want to represent yourself as featuring other gun sites.  So this was a blanket decision.  Featured results are only seen from Gunmuse.com.  At the time of this article 42000 people a day saw that page so your ad gets about 1.000,000 views each month.
